Code of Conduct
CitySwing reserves the right to remove any patron violating this Code of
Conduct. In addition to CitySwing’s Code of Conduct and other rules, which may be
posted in each facility, guests are required to comply with all local, state and
CitySwing shall not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Patrons must obey all verbal or written instructions of any kind from CitySwing staff.
No disruptive or dangerous behavior shall be tolerated at all times.
Patrons/guests under the age of seventeen (17) must be supervised by an adult when playing.
Only ONE (1) person is allowed in a simulation hitting bay at all times unless otherwise expressly authorized by CitySwing staff. at any time.
All other guests in the simulation hitting bay must remain safely distanced from the patron using a golf club at all times.
All players may only hit from the simulation bay mat in a stationary stance (i.e., absolutely no running starts).
Players in the simulation hitting mat should always check the area around them before swinging a golf club.
Shoes must be worn at all times and in all areas of CitySwing.
Throwing golf clubs is strictly forbidden.
Use of golf clubs for anything other than hitting a ball within the designated area is forbidden.
Players should aim at the targets on the simulation screen.
Guests shall not sit on or tamper with the golf simulation screen or other related gaming equipment.
Players are responsible for any damage or injury caused by violations of any
Code of Conduct rules.
